Important Notification for Correction of Registered Particulars in JKBOSE Classes 10th, 11th, and 12th - Academic Session 2023-24

To all Heads of affiliated Government/Private Institutions/Schools in UTs of Jammu & Kashmir/Ladakh,

Please be informed that corrections, if any, in the registered particulars of candidates for Classes 10th, 11th, and 12th for the Academic Session 2023-24 should be submitted to the concerned Sub/Branch offices of the Board. This should be done along with relevant records and a token fine of Rs. 200/- per candidate, starting from 1st November 2023 to 15th November 2023. 

For the next fifteen days, from 16th November 2023 to 30th November 2023, corrections can be made with a token fine of Rs. 500/- per candidate. 

The Heads of the concerned Sub/Branch offices are required to consolidate all such cases and forward them to the R.R. Sections 1.D/K.D in both hard and soft copy (in Excel format only) at the provided email addresses.

Please note that no claims for corrections will be accepted after the last date, i.e., 30th November 2023. Failure to comply with this deadline will make the Heads of the respective institutions responsible for any consequences that may arise.
